Our history
B's Bagels began in 2021 as a dream by owner, Brittany Erwin, to bring East Coast style bagels to Washington State. After a working as a chef in Tacoma for 5 years, and ready to open her own place, she decided to work on ending the bagel drought in the South Sound. B's Bagels officially opened after much anticipation in March of 2023.
